Explanation of responses
- F1On September 30, 2015, the reporting person contributed 729,157 shares of Titan common stock to the Richard M. Cashin Jr. 2015 Titan GRAT II trust, for which the reporting person is the sole trustee and annuitant. In connection with the termination of the trust, on November 7, 2017 276,348 shares of Titan common stock were transferred to the Richard M. Cashin, Jr. Family Trust No. 1, with an independent trustee. The remaining 452,809 shares of Titan common stock were previously distributed to the reporting person.
- F2On November 7, 2017, the reporting person contributed 452,809 shares of Titan common stock to the Richard M. Cashin, Jr. 2017 GRAT, for which the reporting person is the sole trustee and annuitant.
