Explanation of responses
- F1The Reporting Person was previously granted Performance Stock Units representing the contingent right to receive in cash the value of one Enbridge Common Share based on satisfaction of pre-determined performance factors over a performance period that commenced on January 1, 2016 and ended on December 31, 2018. The applicable performance conditions were deemed to be satisfied on February 12, 2019 and the units will be settled in cash within 30 days thereafter.
