- F1This form is being filed to correct the form of ownership of Common Shares held by the Reporting Person as of November 8, 2018. The Reporting Person's indirectly-held Common Shares were unintentionally recorded as directly-held on the original Form 4 filed on November 13, 2018.
- F2Pursuant to the Arrangement Agreement, dated September 17, 2018 (the "Arrangement Agreement"), between Enbridge Inc. ("Enbridge") and Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. ("ENF"), at the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Arrangement Agreement on November 8, 2018, each common share of ENF ("ENF Share") was exchanged for 0.7350 of a common share of Enbridge and cash of CAN$0.45 per ENF Share. The market value of shares of Enbridge's common stock at the closing of such transactions was CAN$43.32.
