Explanation of responses
- F1Pursuant to the Arrangement Agreement, dated September 17, 2018 (the "Arrangement Agreement"), between Enbridge Inc. ("Enbridge") and Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. ("ENF"), at the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Arrangement Agreement on November 8, 2018, each common share of ENF ("ENF Share") was exchanged for 0.7350 of a common share of Enbridge and cash of CAN$0.45 per ENF Share. The market value of shares of Enbridge's common stock at the closing of such transactions was CAN$43.32.
