The cashless exercise resulted in a net gain of 32,771 shares of directly held common stock. To cover the cost of the options and associated taxes the Issurer withheld 80,729 shares.
- F2The amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction on the reporting person's original Form 4 omitted 13,018 common shares previously owned and reported.
