- F1The number of preferred shares reported herein is the same number of preferred shares previously reported as beneficially owned by the Reporting Person on the Amendment No. 2 to Schedule 13G filed by the Reporting Person with the SEC on February 9, 2012 (the "Section 13G Report"). The Reporting Person is filing this Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership on Form 3 solely as a result of a repurchase of a portion of the preferred shares by the Issuer in March 2015 (as reported by the Issuer in its Proxy Statement for its 2015 annual meeting of stockholders, filed with the SEC on April 2, 2015), and the Reporting Person has not otherwise engaged in any transactions with respect to the preferred shares subsequent to the filing of the Section 13G Report.
