Explanation of responses
- F1Grant of restricted shares pursuant to the Company's Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy under the 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan. These restricted shares vested one-fourth on August 13, 2018 and will vest one-fourth on the date of each of the regularly scheduled quarterly board meetings to review the financial statements for the quarters ending September 30 and December 31, 2018 and the remainder of which shall vest on the date of the 2019 annual meeting.
