- F2This statement is jointly filed by Bank of America Corporation ("BAC") and Banc of America Preferred Funding Corporation ("BAPFC"). BAC holds an indirect interest in the securities listed in Table I (the "Securities") by virtue of its 100% ownership of its subsidiary BAPFC.
