- F1Includes 13,910 shares of common stock previously held indirectly through Lone Star Value Co-Invest I, LP ("Lone Star Value Co-Invest") which are now held directly by Mr. Eberwein as a result of a change in the form of beneficial ownership which was excepted from disclosure pursuant to Rule 16a-13 of Section 16 of the Securities Act of 1933.
- F2This Form 4 is filed jointly by Lone Star Value Investors, LP ("Lone Star Value Investors"), Lone Star Value Co-Invest I , Lone Star Value Investors GP, LLC ("Lone Star Value GP"), Lone Star Value Management, LLC ("Lone Star Value Management") and Jeffrey E. Eberwein (collectively, the "Reporting Persons"). Each Reporting Person is a member of a reporting group that beneficially owns in the aggregate more than 10% of the Issuer's outstanding shares of common stock.
