- F1Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Revlon, Inc. Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, or, at the issuer's election, the cash value thereof as of the dates that the RSUs are settled.
- F2Pursuant to Ms. Dolan's 3/12/18 employment agreement, on 11/8/18, the reporting person was granted 12,690 time-based RSUs under the Fourth Amended and Restated Revlon, Inc. Stock Plan. One-third of the time-based RSUs vest on each of 3/15/2019, 3/15/2020 and 3/15/2021 and will be settled as soon as practicable thereafter.
