With respect to the trades effected on May 18, 2017, the purchase price of $19.4845 reported in Column 4 is the weighted average purchase price for the 100,000 shares acquired by the Reporting Person within a range of $19.25 to $19.65 per share. With respect to the trades effected on May 19, 2017, The purchase price of $19.305 reported in Column 4 is the weighted average purchase price for the 125,000 shares acquired by the Reporting Person within a range of $19.225 to $19.45 per share.
