- F1Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") represents the right to receive one share of the issuer's common stock. 50% of the RSU vests on June 1, 2018 and the remainder vests in two equal installments on the last day of each of the issuer's third and fourth quarters of fiscal 2018 provided the recipient continues to serve as a director of the issuer.
