Explanation of responses
- F1On February 14, 2016, 834 shares that were acquired by the reporting person pursuant to the award of restricted stock units on May 14, 2015 vested and were paid to the reporting person. 334 of these 834 shares were withheld and sold in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, to pay the resulting tax liability.
