Explanation of responses
- F1Represents a grant of stock options under the issuer's 2011 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan in accordance with the terms of an employment agreement entered into between the issuer and the Reporting Person dated September 28, 2015. Such options are subject to time-based vesting requirements in accordance with the terms of the employment agreement between the issuer and the Reporting Person. Of these options, 50% vest on the six-month anniversary of the grant date and the remainder will vest on the twelve-month anniversary of the grant date.
