Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares of common stock underlying restricted stock units granted to the reporting person under the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. 2008 Equity Incentive Plan. In accordance with our vesting into retirement policy, 25% of the award vests on each of February 13, 2019, February 13, 2020, February 13, 2021 and August 2, 2021. Notwithstanding the foregoing vesting schedule, the shares vesting on August 2, 2021 will be subject to restrictions on transferability through the fourth anniversary of the grant date.
