Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares of common stock underlying restricted stock units granted to the reporting person under the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. 2008 Equity Incentive Plan. In accordance with our vesting into retirement policy, 25% of the award vests on each of February 7, 2018, February 7, 2019, February 7, 2020 and April 19, 2020. Notwithstanding the foregoing vesting schedule, the shares vesting on April 19, 2020 will be subject to restrictions on transferability which will lift through the fourth anniversary of the grant date.
