Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares of common stock underlying restricted stock units granted to the reporting person under the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. 2008 Equity Incentive Plan. In accordance with our vesting into retirement policy, award vests in four installments as follows: 25% on each of the first and second anniversary of grant date and 50% on April 26, 2018. Notwithstanding the foregoing vesting schedule, the shares vesting on April 26, 2018 will be subject to restrictions on transferability which will lift through the fourth anniversary of the grant date.
