- F1Represents shares of common stock underlying immediately vested restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. 2008 Equity Incentive Plan. The shares underlying the RSUs are issuable one year following the RSU grant date.
- F2Granted in consideration for service as a director of the issuer.
- F3On the Form 4 filed by the reporting person on February 5, 2014 to report a gift of shares by A Wilhelmsen AS, the number of shares directly held by the reporting person was inadvertently overstated. Consistent with prior reports, the correct number of shares directly held by the reporting person as of February 5, 2014 was 2,470.
