- F2Each option shall vest and become exercisable at the rate of one-twelfth of the shares subject to the option at the end of each one-month period from the date of grant except that, in the event of a change in control, any unexercisable or unvested portions of outstanding options shall be immediately exercisable and vested in full as of the date ten (10) days prior to the change in control, regardless of whether the option is assumed or substituted for by the acquirer.
