- F1Shares were purchased pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan entered into by Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited ("TAFE") and TAFE Motors and Tractors Limited ("TMTL") on February 27, 2015.
- F2The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $46.70 to $46.97. The reporting persons undertake to provide to AGCO Corporation, any security holder of AGCO Corporation, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote (2).
