- F1Disposed of pursuant to merger between Issuer and South State Bank exchange for 74,163 shares of South State Bank common stock having a market value of $63.79 per share on the effective date of the merger.
- F2This award which provided for vesting in three equal annual installments beginning February 15, 2015 was assumed by South State Bank in the merger and replaced with an award of 730 shares (based on exchange ratio of .7307) of SSB common stock at closing of merger.
