- F2Pursuant to the Directors' Deferred Compensation Plan of the Issuer, the Reporting Person has elected to defer receipt of the shares until January 15th of the year following his termination of service as director.
- F3Reflects the reverse stock split effectuated by the Issuer on May 3, 2017, pursuant to which every 200 shares of common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, of the Issuer, which were issued and outstanding immediately prior to the reverse stock split, were combined into one issued and outstanding share of the Issuer's common stock.
