- F2Adjusted to reflect amendment of restricted stock grant on March 7, 2018 of 6,500 shares of restricted stock to 6,500 restricted stock units. The securities described are restricted stock units and will vest in four equal installments on each of March 7, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
