Explanation of responses
- F1This amount now includes 50,000 shares, the acquisition of which was reported in a Form 4 filed on January 20, 2012. Beginning on a Form 4 dated May 18, 2012 and in all subsequent Form 4s, these 50,000 shares were underreported in column 5 of Table I. This error is being corrected now in this Form 4.
