Explanation of responses
- F1On February 12, 2018, these shares were exchanged for shares of Lennar Corporation ("Lennar") in connection with the closing of the merger (the "Merger"), pursuant to terms of that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated October 29, 2017, by and among the Company, Cheetah Cub Group Corp. ("Merger Sub") and Lennar, the sole shareholder of Merger Sub.
- F2On February 12, 2018, the stock appreciation rights were exchanged for stock appreciation rights of Lennar Corporation in connection with the closing of the Merger.
