Explanation of responses
- F1On September 8, 2015, Mr. Bassani was issued a Convertible Promissory Note in the principal amount of $405,830.90 with interest from the date of issuance on the unpaid principal balance at a simple rate equal to 4% per annum, and the Note is due on December 31, 2017. The note is convertible at the election of the noteholder, in whole or in part, into shares of the Issuer's common stock at the conversion price of $.60 per share.
