Explanation of responses
- F1On September 8, 2015, Mr. Schafer was issued a Convertible Promissory Note in the principal amount of $16,382.03 with interest from the date of issuance on the unpaid principal balance at a simple rate equal to 4% per annum, and the Note is due on December 31, 2017.
