Remarks
(1) The Reporting Person previously reported the disposition of 1,050,000 shares of common stock in privately negotiated transactions on October 20, 2014. Such disposition of Common Stock was in connection with consulting arrangements whereby certain individuals were to provide consulting services to the Reporting Person. The consulting services were not performed and the dispositions of the shares of Common Stock to such individuals never occurred. Accordingly, the total number of shares of Common Stock in which the Reporting Person has a pecuniary interest has been updated to reflect that that disposition of such 1,050,000 shares of Common Stock never occurred.
