This Form 4 is filed jointly by GI2 Ltd, a Cayman Islands exempted company ("GI2"), Eleonas Ltd, a Cayman Islands exempted company ("Eleonas"), the Nisos Purpose Trust (the "Nisos Trust"), AMCO PTC, a Cayman Islands exempted company ("AMCO"), as trustee on behalf of the Nisos Trust, and Panayotis Constantinou, a Venezuelan citizen ("P. Constantinou"? each of P.Constantinou, GI2, Eleonas, the Nisos Trust and AMCO are referred to herein as a "Reporting Person") as ten percent beneficial owners of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc.
