Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted stock units vest 25% of the total shares on each of the following dates: September 7, 2017, December 7, 2017, March 7, 2018 and June 8, 2018, provided that grants will vest in full on the first anniversary of the date of grant or immediately prior to the next regular annual shareholder meeting following the date of grant if the shareholder meeting occurs prior to the first anniversary date of the date of grant. One share of Common Stock will be automatically delivered to the reporting person for each restricted stock unit that vests.
