- F2The number of shares acquired and the number of shares beneficially owned following the reported transaction have been adjusted to reflect the one for four reverse split of the common stock effective May 18, 2016 (the "Reverse Split"). Also includes 407 post-reverse split shares of common stock acquired under PetroQuest's employee stock purchase plan on January 31, 2016.
