Explanation of responses
- F1The reporting person is voluntarily reporting the acquisition of shares of common stock of Electronics For Imaging, Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to the Company's Amended and Restated 2000 Employee Stock Purchase Plan. This transaction is also exempt under Rule 16b-3(c).
- F2Upon vesting, each restricted stock unit was converted into one share of the Company's common stock.
