- F2Represents 43,635 shares of common stock acquired pursuant to the Transaction Agreement among Alliant Techsystems, Inc. (renamed Orbital ATK, Inc.) ("Orbital ATK"), Vista Merger Sub Inc., Vista Outdoor Inc.
