- F1Pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "merger agreement"), dated as of June 15, 2017, by and among Amazon.com, Inc., Walnut Merger Sub, Inc. and Whole Foods Market, Inc., restricted stock units of Whole Foods Market, Inc. were converted into the right to receive $42.00 cash per share, without interest.
