That original Form 4 overstated the Family Trust holdings total by 4,250 shares, and the 4,250 shares were also mistakenly included Family Trust totals on the the Reporting Person's Form 4 reports subsequently filed on 6/8/15, 8/13/15 and 3/3/16.
