- F1These represent shares underlying Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") that were granted to the reporting person pursuant to a long-term incentive plan adopted by the Company in March 2016. The RSUs vest in three installments of 8,882 on March 31, 2017, March 31, 2018 and March 31, 2019, respectively (each a "Time Vesting Date"), subject to the reporting person's continuous employment with the issuer through each Time Vesting Date and subject to the terms of the RSU Agreement between the issuer and the reporting person.
