Explanation of responses
- F1Upon the reporting person's retirement from the Board of Directors of the Company on May 25, 2017, 51,317 deferred restricted share units ("RSUs") were settled, of which 28,224 RSUs were settled for Class A ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis and 23,093 were settled in cash at the market price of $13.235 per ordinary share. A portion of the cash was retained by the Company for UK tax obligations.
