Once this error was discovered the 275 shares were re-deposited into Catherine Corrigan's brokerage account. As such this amended form 5 reflects the total gift exclusive of the 275 shares that were sent to the incorrect account and subsequently re-deposited into Catherine Corrigan's brokerage account.
