- F1Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of common stock. This transaction represents the settlement of restricted stock units in shares of common stock on their scheduled vesting date.
- F2On June 4, 2014, Mr. McCoig was granted 64,451 restricted stock units, vesting in three installments. 7,161 shares vest on January 2, 2015, 7,161 shares vest on January 2, 2016 and 7,162 shares vest on January 2, 2017, subject to continued employment with the Company. The remaining shares vest subject to the achievement of annual performance objectives, with 14,322 shares vesting based on 2014 performance, 14,322 shares based on 2015 performance and 14,323 shares based on 2016 performance.
