- F1Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of common stock. This transaction represents the settlement of restricted stock units in shares of common stock on their scheduled vesting date.

- F3On June 4, 2014, Mr. Vigil was granted 46,873 restricted stock units, vesting in three installments. 5,208 shares vest on January 2, 2015, 5,208 shares vest on January 2, 2016 and 5,208 shares vest on January 2, 2017, subject to continued employment with the Company. The remaining shares vest subject to the achievement of annual performance objectives, with 10,416 shares vesting based on 2014 performance, 10,416 shares based on 2015 performance and 10,417 shares based on 2016 performance. Shares will be delivered to Mr. Vigil following vesting.
