- F1Represents shares acquired by Mr. Sutherland upon automatic reinvestment of cash dividends from the Issuer through his brokerage account. A number of the purchases reported on this Form 4 and earlier Form 4 filed on the same day resulted in short-swing profits that Power Integrations is entitled to recoup from Mr. Sutherland under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, which aggregated to $1271, and Mr. Sutherland has remitted the full amount of $1271 to Power Integrations.
