Explanation of responses
- F1By the Robert L. Savage Revocable Living Trust Dated March 4, 2010 Robert L. Savage Trustee (the "Robert Savage Trust"), which acquired the shares by assignment from the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person inadvertently failed to file a Form 4 reporting his indirect ownership at the time of the assignment.
- F2By Paxton Petroleum, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Paxton"). The Robert Savage Trust is a Member of, and owns units in, Paxton, having become a Member on August 3, 2012. The Reporting Person does not know the price paid for the shares by Paxton. The Reporting Person inadvertently failed to file a Form 4 reporting his indirect beneficial ownership of the shares at the time the Robert Savage Trust became a Member of Paxton.
- F3By Halsell Petroleum, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Halsell"). The Robert Savage Trust is a Member of, and owns units in, Halsell, having become a Member on August 3, 2012. The Reporting Person does not know the price paid for the shares by Halsell.
