Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted stock units convert into common shares on a one-for-one basis upon vesting.
- F2On July 15, 2013, the Reporting Person was granted 12,000 restricted stock units, which vest in three successive and equal yearly installments on the date of each of the first three annual general meetings of the Issuer held after July 15, 2013. On June 7, 2015, the Board of Directors of QLT approved the immediate vesting of all restricted stock units held by the Reporting Person.
- F3On December 17, 2014, the Reporting Person was granted 12,000 restricted stock units, which vest in three successive and equal yearly installments on the date of each of the first three annual general meetings of the Issuer held after December 17, 2014. On June 7, 2015, the Board of Directors of QLT approved the immediate vesting of all restricted stock units held by the Reporting Person.
