- F3Mr. Morris recently learned that a family member sharing his residence purchased a total of 5.27 shares of the Company's common stock between late 2013 and early 2014. The family member sold all 5.27 shares in May 2014 and no longer holds any shares of the Company's common stock. Mr. Morris has delivered $2.60 to the Company in payment of profits (minus commissions) on opposite-way transactions occurring within a six-month period.
