Explanation of responses
- F1In connection with the settlement of a call option sold by the reporting person on June 2, 2010, as part of a zero-cost collar agreement, the reporting person sold to the counterparty the shares reference herein for a purchase price of $43.01. Such price is not the current market value of such shares, but rather the amount stipulated in the call option. On the same date, the related put option expired unexercised.
