Explanation of responses
- F1The original Form 4 incorrectly reported that 1,000 shares were sold by the reporting person and 1,000 shares were sold by the reporting person's son. All 2,000 shares were sold by the reporting person. As a result, subsequent Forms 4 overstated the number of shares held by the reporting person 1,000 and understated the number of shares held by the reporting person's son by 1,000.
