- F3Of the shares of the Issuer reported as beneficially owned herein, 20,000 shares are held by Candou Industries Ltd. ("Candou Industries") in trust for the benefit of Inberdon Enterprises Ltd. ("Inberdon"), and the balance of the shares are held of record by Inberdon. Mr. George Doumet is the indirect beneficial owner of all such shares through his ownership of Candou Holdings Ltd., which owns 100% of the voting shares of Candou Industries, which in turn wholly owns Inberdon.
