- F1Pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated September 2, 2016 (the "Merger Agreement"), by and among the Issuer, Armor Parent Corp. and Armor Merger Corp., each restricted stock unit held by the reporting person at the effective time of the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement was automatically vested and was converted into one share of the Issuer's Common Stock.
