- F1Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Accuride stock. Subject to the recipient's continued service to the company, 20% of the total number of RSU's granted will vest on March 5, 2017, an additional 20% of the RSU's granted will vest on March 5, 2018, an additional 20% of the RSU's granted will vest on March 5, 2019, and the final 40% of the RSU's granted will vest on March 5, 2020.
