Explanation of responses
- F1Represents an award of performance based restricted stock units granted under the Issuer's 2015 Equity Incentive Plan. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.001 per share. These restricted stock units vest in four equal installments on February 23, 2017, October 7, 2017, October 7, 2018, and October 7, 2019, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable restricted stock unit award agreement.
- F2Represents the transfer of shares to a trust (the "Trust") of which the Reporting Person is trustee.
- F3Represents an award of performance based restricted stock units granted under the Issuer's 2015 Equity Incentive Plan. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.001 per share.
